Kimberly Ann Kasparian is the “Success
Genie” and the creator and President of
Success Genie LLC, a life coaching and
personal/ business development company.
Known for her vibrant, genie-like
ability to turn her clients’ dreams into
reality, Kim founded Success Genie, as a
way to share with corporations,
entrepreneurs and individuals her
methodology for realizing personal and
professional success.
No stranger to the quest for excellence
and a joyful life, Kim overcame her own
personal adversity by creating and
adapting a powerful life-transforming
belief system – through a compelling
story that is nothing short of
inspirational. From her own triumphs, she
has created a unique consultancy that
specializes in teaching people how to
identify and pursue their personal and
business goals, and to succeed in even the
most adverse and competitive environments.
Exemplifying the success of her own
methodology, during the first six months
of professional coaching, Kim attained an
executive-level income at a time when the
industry average was five to seven years’
experience for that level of achievement.
She draws upon more than 20 years of
professional sales and marketing
experience in highly competitive
industries ( telecommunications and
corporate staffing), and has more than 10
years’ entrepreneurial experience in
cosmetic marketing. She has received many
awards, including Top Salesperson and
national recognition as the youngest Team
Manager in company history. She has
managed sales territories and grown them
from inception to 1,000 accounts,
including winning the company’s largest
account.
Kim believes – and embodies – the
adage, “Do what you love and the money
will follow.” Simple, but not always
easy. She knows it takes a strong plan.
Through partnership with Kim, clients
learn to use powerful tools to define,
create and execute their own individual
