We offer three ways to submit membership applications to CTASTD:

1. Use our on-line application form which is easy to use and can be electronically sent to us without you moving from your seat. Just 
   (Click & Send).
   
   
2. If you prefer, you can use the print version of our application form, fill it out manually, and mail it to us along with a check (Print & Mail). Some prefer this method as they keep track of transactions using their checking account system.
   
   
3. Of course you can hand deliver the application along with your payment to someone at the meeting after printing and filling it out.
